Young Chef's Academy!

Today was Jaedyn's trial class at Young Chef's Academy. If you don't already know, Jaedyn's FAVORITE thing to do is cook with me. One day (after a particularly bad day at school) she told me that she wished she could just go to a school where she could cook all day. So, I discovered this place and we signed up for a class. It's in Stone Oak and it took us about an hour and a half to get there in rush hour traffic after school. I thought we were going to miss it and she had been looking forward to it for a week. We ended up making it in time and she had a blast! They made apple tarts and a salad. She was so interested in everything and asked a lot of questions. Hopefully it will be something we continue to do.
